Who Is Jesus?

Jesus is God's only Son, and was sent into the world by His Father. He was sent so all people could be forgiven of their sin and come into a personal Relationship with the Father and His Son. Jesus was born of a virgin and she was given the ability to conceive Him by the power of God's Spirit; not having known a man. Having been born through Mary and by the power of God, Jesus was sinless and yet He was human. As a man He went about doing good and healing all those oppressed by the devil. He came to bring Life and was moved with compassion for those who were suffering. He healed the sick, drove out the demons who oppressed the people. He declared Good News of God's love and offered forgiveness to those who would believe and receive Him. Jesus had come to set the oppressed free and to offer His life for the sins of the world. He had come to show who God really was; loving, kind, patient, forgiving, offering hope and eternal life. Jesus ultimate purpose would be to die for your sin and for the sins of the whole world. He would accomplish this by being beaten and nailed to a wooden cross. On that cross He would die and at the same time forgive those who put Him to death. His death and shed Blood on the cross was full payment for everyone's sin, including yours. Jesus was buried, and after three days God raised Him from the dead. Because of Jesus, God has opened His arms to any and all who would receive His Son.

You can receive Jesus into you life right now. You simply must want Him with all your heart, He certainly loves you with all of His. If you want Him pray this:

“Father I believe that Jesus is Your Son and that He died for me and for my sin.

I believe that You raised Him from the dead and that He lives forever.

I ask you now to forgive me, and Jesus I ask You to come into my life. I

receive You as my Lord and Savior. I thank you that you have heard

and answered my prayer. In Jesus name, amen.

By praying this prayer and meaning it with all your heart, Jesus has come into your life by your invitaiton. (John 1:12) Great change and transformation has occurred inside of you. (IICor.5:17) You may or may not feel it, but it has begun! HE has taken away your sin and a New Life has begun in you and for you!
